The Website does not itself create a sale, supply, installation, engineering, consulting, warranty, or other service contract. Any quotation, purchase, project, installation, technical service, or other commercial engagement is subject to a separate written agreement or order accepted by Azure Era. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement governs that commercial engagement.

Where liability arising solely from the Website cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of SAR 500 or the amount you paid us specifically for access to the Website during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The limitations in these Terms do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not replace any liability terms in a separate written agreement for products or services.

You are responsible for loss, damage, or reasonable cost that we incur as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
